FORT MYERS BEACH, an incorporated city, is best known for its wide sand playground, boating, fishing and “let your hair down” island activities while being just a few minutes away from the convenience of dining, shopping and sight-seeing in the city of Fort Myers, where you will find the historic Edison-Ford Homes, the quaint and enjoyable Eden Island Winery, a selection of movies and the Caloosahatchee River yacht club for charter boating to surrounding island surprises. At least 3 golf courses are available for public play, one on the bay, others in the city. Housing choices range from Gulf of Mexico beach-side to Estero bay-side houses, cottages and condominiums.

BONITA BEACH is less “typical” than other Florida beach areas, primarily offering rentals within condominium communities. The City of Bonita Beach bills itself as the “Gateway to the Gulf,” with inland waterway marina services, chic shopping along “The Trail” (US 41) and a host of dining spots from bay-side to the upscale Sanibel Steakhouse. Numerous private golf courses continue to welcome seasonal non-member play.

NAPLES has justly earned its reference as “The Jewel of the Gulf Coast.” There are no barrier islands between the vacation rental choices and the warmer waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Several public golf courses welcome seasonal players and the area is recognized as having more golf holes per capita than any other area of the nation. Naples is privileged to be home to many fine boutique shops of Old Naples, a newly re-developed Fifth Avenue of more than 24 bistros and fine dining spots, plus a Naples Bay collection of shops and dining beginning at Bay Front to Tin City to The Boardwalk. Charter boats are available for fishing trips to the Ten Thousand Islands and casual sophistication abounds. Rental opportunities are heavily into finer condominium communities, many with lessee golfing and/or tennis facilities.

ANNUAL RENTALS are typically available at more modest prices than required of seasonal, furnished vacation rentals residences. Single family homes are frequently available for Annual Leasing and many are located within traditional neighborhoods, both new or newly built as well as older homes. Condominium annuals can be found along the Gulf Beach and at Golf Course/Tennis Gated Communities.
